serendib.studio is an independent web and app design studio in Sri Lanka, run by Kaveesh Wijetunge. For anything in this policy, email serendibstudio1@gmail.com or call 076 224 6800.

Only what you choose to send through the contact form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the kind of project you need;
• the project details you write.

If you email, call or message us directly, we receive whatever you send that way.

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or social-media trackers. We don’t build a profile of you, and nothing is stored in your browser. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your project. We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.

We never sell or rent your details. A few services handle them so the site can work:

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers briefly log technical details such as your IP address to keep the site running and secure.
• Resend delivers the contact form to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail) stores our email, including your message.

These providers may process data outside Sri Lanka, under their own privacy and security terms.

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. For clients, we keep project emails for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years after, for accounting and legal records.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email serendibstudio1@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. These rights come from Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and similar laws where you live.
